Amazon Logistics at Bluestone Boulevard, Euclid, Ohio.

I guess I can't really rate the product I was suppose to get because it never got delivered to me. And I think I should share how AWFUL my experience was with amazon logistics delivery. I ordered this product three weeks ago. It was in transit a few days ago and I was not home to receive the package. So I called amazon customer service and told them that I am a teacher and I am not home during the day to receive packages. The customer service rep was great, telling me that he got in contact with amazon logistics and reschedule the delivery for 8pm the next day.
I never received the package the next day, and then I look at "my orders" and it says my package was lost in transit. I ordered this gift for my boyfriend for Christmas and now it is lost.
I then contacted customer service again, and they offered to order it again or get a refund. I will never allow amazon logistics to handle my packages again, so I asked for a refund. I just want to know how a packaged that they attempted to deliver got lost the next day?
I now do not have a gift I was so excited to give, and I have to wait 3-5 business days for the refund to kick in.
Very upset.
